Mrs. Pierce ventured into higher education earning a BA Liberal Studies from Cal. State University, Stanislaus, Turlock CA followed by a MA master's in special education, University of Pacific, Stockton CA. She also has two teaching credentials; Education Specialist Mild/Moderate and Education Specialist Moderate/Severe.
Mrs. Pierce is a happy wife of 11 years and has a cute 4-year-old Maltipoo pup. Mrs. Pierce loves being an Auntie to her nieces and nephews!! In her spare time, she loves to pick up her camera and pursue her passion of photography. She has spent 19 years teaching; 10 years in Modesto City Schools and 9 years within CNUSD. This is year 20!! YAY!!
During her time as a teacher Mrs. Pierce was named Teacher of the Year 2011-12 while at Fred C. Beyer High School in Modesto, CA and was named Lee V. Pollard High School's Teacher of the Year 2021-22.
